BUNDLES OF CABBAGE IN CREAM ON BASMATI RICE SOY - MT CHALLENGE
It's been a while that I wanted to participate in the Challenge MT I read around on various blogs, this challenge that happens every month but I did not understand how it worked I'm not going to feel tied to deadlines then I read the Rules and decide I sign up. Ok so here is my recipe 1, and I must say it was a difficult task trying way to revive the cabbage rolls that are not trivial or not already been submitted by other food bloggers. I thought about it a lot and here's the final recipe
CABBAGE BUNDLES FILLED WITH BASMATI RICE ON SOY SAUCE INGREDIENTS
100 grams of soy beans from organic farming
1 bay leaf
100 g basmati rice curry
to taste 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon 4
cabbage leaves 2 leaves of leek to tie bundles
extra virgin olive oil salt Wash
soybeans put in a pressure cooker cover with cold water, add 1 bay leaf and a tip of bicarbonate. Cook for about 50 minutes. Then mix together the cooking water (after removing the bay leaf), a little oil and salt. Meanwhile, blanch in boiling water the leaves of cabbage should remain crisp about 3-4 minutes. In a small saucepan heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with cinnamon, add the basmati rice and toast after which pour a glass of water with salt and cook for 10 minutes (if necessary add more water).
Take a leek leaf and blanch the cabbage in the same water, pass under cold water and cut the long strips that will be used to tie bundles.
Prepare the rolls.
Take a cabbage leaf, fill it with a spoonful of basmati rice, tie it with the strip of leek. In a small bowl from oven, pour a little cream soy adagiateci over the bundle and sprinkle with curry, a little oil and go quickly in the oven to heat.
