I love the granulated sugar, the crunch that is issued in the eating, so I put this ring on one of the most delicious apple pie ever made, never eaten so much and never replicated ... is in so far this holiday season because I do not like cake, or the Pandora (which I was a little bored I must say) I had breakfast with this cake flavored with lemon and also (almost) Dietary view the presence of yogurt .. in short, was elected by my husband and me as our favorite apple pie!

DONUT APPLE YOGURT and granulated sugar
INGREDIENTS
300 grams of flour 200 g sugar 2 eggs
2.5 dl of yogurt
extra virgin olive oil 1 dl 3 Golden Delicious apples (or Fuji)
bio
zest of 1 lemon 1 / 2 tablespoon baking powder sweet
a pinch of salt
granulated sugar to taste
How to prepare:
Grate lemon rind and tentela aside. Wash apples, peel and cut into small pieces, moisten with lemon juice. In a terina beat the eggs (held in temperatra environment) with the sugar until mixture is light and you will get frothy, then stir in the yogurt and oil. Add flour sifted with baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix con cura delicatamente. A questo punto asciugate i cubetti di mela con carta da cucina e per evitare che affondino nell'impasto si consiglia di passarle prima in un velo di farina eliminando quella in eccesso.
Unite le mele all'impasto e versatelo in uno stampo per ciambella imburrato e infarinato poi cospargete la superficie con la granella di zucchero. Cuocete nel forno caldo a 180° per 45 minuti, sfornate la ciambella su un piatto da portata e lasciatela raffreddare.
